We believe in regularly educating our staff with up-to-date information on the ever-changing black market so they can quickly detect inauthentic elements, right down to the crooked top-stitch or the specific color of the tarnish on hardware. 2nd Time Around hired Michael Tonello in 2015, a world-renowned Hermes authenticator, also AND with a deep knowledge-base of authentication for a variety of other luxury brands.
